Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice incur no penalty. Late cancellations are subject to 50% fee. Refunds available within 7 days of purchase (less €25 fee) before program commencement.
Wiborg Crans shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or services. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months or €500.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Rotterdam courts.
